The New Volkswagen – a brand reinvents itself.

The new brand design roll-out was done globally at every dealership, leveraging available assets that could be integrated in the new look and feel. The particular challenge:

  • Various architectural styles and area sizes
  • Incorporate existing interior elements

We designed an open showroom concept that brings the new brand design to life with new materials, colors and atmospheric lighting. The combination of physical and digital elements creates a holistic customer experience and opens up new personalized opportunities for consultation and interaction. Including various configuration sets for different room conditions and usage requirements.

The entire concept was tested with a test setup, which was also used as a training venue for the retailers to introduce and gain enthusiasm for the retail concept.

By designing a modular, scalable furniture and facility system, MetaSpaces helped Volkswagen transform its dealerships into experiential customer landscapes.

Dealers now have the freedom to fit out new dealerships quickly and cost-effectively, at the same time while modernizing the existing ones with the new look and feel.
