The Situation
The Telekom brand has been built up over years and is now an important asset for the company. With more than one hundred agencies and 220,000 employees worldwide, the simple training in relevant content from the field of brand strategy and design has been decisive for success. In order to guarantee a consistent brand identity in all countries and media, training is required in the form of interactive e-learning.
Our Strategy
Four aspects were of central importance from conception to implementation of the e-learning tool.
On the one hand, there is the simple preparation of the content, and on the other the appealing creative implementation. All information is easy to track and understand. Interactive and multimedia content also ensure a motivational user experience. In addition, the training in the brand management system is integrated and allows access to other content.

The design and structure of the learning content make the tool accessible for employees from all positions. After passing successfully, each participant receives an individual certificate which verifies their learning success.
