In addition to designing the consumer interface, we designed a second interface for field technicians that make it easier for them to measure supplies and send the data back to headquarters.

Coca-Cola was developing a new kind of vending machine, capable of serving more than a hundred different beverage flavors. The machine would need a new kind of user interface to match. We started by studying consumer behavior and the ways design can influence beverage selection and ease of use.
