PC World (and IDG company) engaged MetaDesign to redesign PCWorld.com so as to embody their mission of "technology advice you can trust" and increase advertising revenues and user registrations.
MetaDesign conducted more than two dozen interviews with key stakeholders and target users and collected more than 1000 images to visualize the PC World online brand. The effort resulted in a site design and set of templates that balances user needs for completing tasks and finding specific product information across more than 250,000 pages of content.
In addition to supporting the site's scaling in size and revenues, IDG commended MetaDesign on a "flawless" implementation.
